Deleting a Phrase

Deleting a Phrase

If a phrase is no longer valid or was created accidentally, you can delete it from the Phrases Manager.

To delete a phrase:

1. From the Phrases Manager, select the phrase you want to delete, and then click Delete. The selected phrase is removed from the Phrases Manager.

2. A Confirmation dialog appears asking you to confirm the deletion. Click OK. The phrase is deleted from the Phrases Manager.
