Prompts Manager

All of a current project's prompts are listed in the Prompts Manager table. You can add new prompt IDs and upload new audio files to the table. You can also modify or delete existing prompts. The table includes the PromptIDLanguageMusicAudio File, and Registration status of each queue.

 

  • Prompt ID: The identification number associated with the specified prompt

  • Description: Describes the prompt

  • Language: The spoken language of the prompt. Prompts can be spoken in three languages: English, French, and Spanish

  • Music: Indicates whether music is associated with the prompt. True indicates that music is associated with the prompt, False indicates that no music is associated with the prompt

  • Audio File: Indicates whether an audio file is uploaded for the specified prompt. True indicates that an audio file has been uploaded for the prompt, False indicates that no audio has been uploaded for the prompt

  • Registered: Indicates whether the prompt is currently used in a deployed IVR. True indicates that the prompt is currently used in a deployed IVR. False indicates that the prompt is not currently used in a deployed IVR.
    Note: If an unregistered (False) phrase is used in a new IVR, the unregistered phrase automatically becomes registered (i.e., the status changes from False to True) once the IVR is deployed.

  • System: Indicates whether the prompt is available to everyone or just available to you. True indicates the phrase is available to everyone. False indicates that the phrase is only available to you.
