IVR Audit Trail

The IVR audit trail allows you to perform a search of who accessed the IVR designer and what operations were performed during a given period. Audit log reports can be reviewed to determine whether any access to or modifications of security objects, restricted resources, or configuration setup have occurred. Similarly, this logging can be used to track the addition or deletion of user IDs, password resets, modifications of event logs, and recover lost transactions. The IVR log report provides the Date, Time, User, Session, and Activity for each logged event.
