Use the Tools Menu when managing queues and prompts.

Queues Manager

Displays all of the current project's queues. From the Queues Manager you can create, modify, and remove queues.

Prompts Manager

Displays all of the current project's prompts. From the Prompt Manager you can create, modify, and remove prompts.

Audit Trail

Perform a search of who has accessed the IVR designer and what operations have been performed during a given period of time.
