Use the Tools Menu when managing queues and prompts.
TABLE 1: TOOLS MENU OPTIONS
OPTION | DESCRIPTION |
---|---|
Queues Manager | Displays all of the current project's queues. From the Queues Manager you can create, modify, and remove queues. |
Prompts Manager | Displays all of the current project's prompts. From the Prompt Manager you can create, modify, and remove prompts. |
Audit Trail | Perform a search of who has accessed the IVR designer and what operations have been performed during a given period of time. |
