Accessing IVR Studio

The IVR Studio is accessible via the Client Admin Portal for the following users:

  • Sysadmin

  • SP admin

  • Client admin

Only client admins who have been granted permissions to use the IVR Studio Express through the client Admin Portal Agent page have access to IVR Studio Express; all other client admins will not have access. The IVR Studio link does not appear in the Left Navigation Pane until permission is granted to clients.


To access IVR Studio:

  1. Select Configuration > IVR Studio from the side Navigation Pane, located on the left side of the screen.

     

  2. IVR Studio Express opens automatically opened in a new tab; you will remain logged in to the Admin Portal after accessing the IVR Studio Express.

     

  3. Once done with IVR Studio Express, you can close the tab and continue working inside the Admin Portal. 
    Note: A dialog box appears with a warning to save your work. Click Stay on Page, save your IVR design, and then proceed to close IVR Studio Express. If you do not need to save your work, click Leave Page.

     

  4. If you are done with the Admin Portal, click Sign Out to sign out of the portal and end your Admin Portal session.
