IVR Explorer

The IVR Explorer lists of all versions of your IVR design. When you open up a New IVR, the file appears in the IVR Explorer as a DRAFT. Once your design is complete and you deploy it, it is no longer just a draft, it now becomes Version 1 of your design. The version number automatically populates every time it is deployed. Therefore if, after the first deployment you need to make updates to your design and deploy it again, your updated design becomes Version 2.
