Edit Menu

Use the Edit Menu while working on or editing an IVR application.

Undo

Undoes the last operation performed on the current page. For example, if you have added an unnecessary BF to your design, you can Undo the action and it will be removed from the current page.

Redo

Redoes the last operation performed on the current page. For example, if you accidentally deleted a required BF from your design, you can Redo the action and it will be added to the current page.

Cut

Removes all the selected Business Functions (BF) from the current page and copies them to the application clipboard.

Copy

Copies all the selected BFs from the current page to the application clipboard.

Paste

Adds / pastes the previously cut or copied BFs from the application clipboard to the current page.

Delete

Removes all selected BFs from the current page.

 

Select all

Selects all the BFs on the current page.

 

Create Snippet

Create groupings of business functions to add to your call flow. See Section 11.5.7: Create IVR Snippet, for a detailed description on how to create a snippet.

 

Snippets Manager

Opens Snippet Manager where unwanted snippets can be deleted.
