SWAT Services

The SWAT Services page (Configure Outreach SWAT) allows you to edit the SWAT contact list and send SWAT messages.




Note: Before you begin, you will need the hidden IVR access code for your SWAT service.

If you have subscribed to the SWAT Service, you'll see the SWAT Service option in your Administrator Portal. Selecting that option will lead you to a screen with two tabs: SWAT Contacts and SWAT Groups.
