SWAT Messages
To record a SWAT message:
- Dial into your own IVR.
- In the Main Menu, enter the Combination provided by your Service Provider. HINT: This feature uses a hidden access code, for example 5**#, it will not be announced by the IVR.
- Once you have entered your SWAT Options you will hear:
Please select the SWAT group you wish to send the message to.
For SWAT group one press one, for SWAT group two press two...
- Select the Group you wish to send a message to. You'll then hear:
Start your SWAT recording when you're ready to go, when you're finished press the pound key.
- A beep will follow, indicating that the recording has started. Once you're finished recording your message, you'll have the opportunity to review and change it.
To listen to your recording press one, to re-record your recording press two, to send your recording to the selected SWAT group press three.
- Once you're satisfied with the message, press 3 on your phone and the message will be sent to all the phone numbers and email addresses listed as active in the group you selected. You'll hear this Confirmation message:
