Phrase Manager (IVR Studio)
All of the current project's speak phrases are listed in the Phrase Manager table. You can add new phrases, modify existing phrases, or delete existing phrases. The table includes the Name, Language, Registered, and System status of each phrase.
Name: The name of the phrase.
Language: The spoken language of the phrase. Phrases can be spoken in three languages: English, French, and Spanish.
Registered: Indicates whether the phrase is currently used in a deployed IVR. True indicates that the phrase is currently used in a deployed IVR. False indicates that the phrase is not currently used in a deployed IVR.
Note: If an unregistered (False) phrase is used in a new IVR, the unregistered phrase automatically becomes registered (i.e., the status changes from False to True) once the IVR is deployed.System: Indicates whether the phrase is available to everyone or just available to you. True indicates that the phrase is available to everyone. False indicates that the phrase is only available to you.
