The Toolbox groups Business Function (BF) icons into three categories:
All: Lists all available BF icons (see image below, left).
Standard: Lists the most commonly used BF icons (see image below, middle).
Advanced: Lists advanced BF icons (see image below, third from right)
IVR Snippets: Lists pre-designed BF groups that are commonly used in IVR applications. For example, Language Tree includes Menu BF along with the available Language BFs. (See image below, right).
