Generating Audit Log Report

Generating Audit Log Report

To generate an IVR audit log report:

  1. Select Tools > Audit trail.

     

  2. The Audit Trail dialog box opens.

     

  3. To select the first date of the date range you want to search, click the Date Picker, located beside the From box.

     

  4. To select the last date of the date range you want to search, click the Date Picker, located beside the To box.

     

  5. In the Username box, type the name of the user whose activities you want to view.
    Note: If you choose to leave the Username box blank, the Audit trail report will display a list of activities for all users who logged in to the IVR designer during the dates you selected in the previous steps.

     

  6. Click Search. The Activity Log for the specified user appears in the Activities section of the Audit Trail dialog box.

The date when the specified activity occurred.

Time

The time when the activity occurred.

User

The user who carried out the specified activity.

Session

Session ID number.

Activity

The activity that occurred (e.g., Opened project).
