Searching, Editing, Deleting DIDs

To search for a DID

  1. Access the DID page as explained in DIDs (Direct Inward Dialing)

  2. In the Search box at the top of the DID page, enter a few or all digits of the DID you are looking for, and then click Search DID. The DID list will be restricted to matching numbers

     

 

To delete a DID

  1. Access the DID page as explained in DIDs (Direct Inward Dialing)

  2. Click the Delete link next to the DID you want to delete

     

  3. A Confirmation dialog box appears. Click OK if you are sure you want to delete the DID

 

To edit a DID

  1. Access the DID page as explained in DIDs (Direct Inward Dialing)

  2. Click the Edit link next to the DID you want to edit

     

  3. The Edit DID dialog box appears. Make any necessary changes, and then click OK
