Back To Queue

  • Name: Enter a name for the Back to Queue (e.g., BackToQueue).

  • Description: Enter a description for the Back to Queue. The description can refer to the location the BF is linking to. For example, because you are linking to the originating Queue, the description for Back to Queue can be To Queue. The text entered for the Description will appear inside the BF shape placed in your application.
