Link Out

 

  • Name: Enter a name for the Link Out. The name assigned can refer to the information presented in the next call flow. For example, if the next call flow pertains to Callbacks, you can name the Link Out, From Queue to Callback.

  • Description: Enter a description for the Link Out. The description can refer to the location the BF is linking to. For example, if you are linking to a call flow located on a new page, the description for the Link Out can be To Page 3. The text entered for the Description will appear inside the BF shape placed in your application.

  • Go to: Indicates the call flow direction within the application design. From the list, select the page/call flow that the current call flow is linking out to. For example, if the call flow should switch to the flow defined on a different page, and that flow starts with an Entrypoint, you’d select Entrypoint under <<Page2>>.
