Connecting Business Functions
Before going into a description of each BF available in IVR Studio, here is how to connect the different BF elements.
To connect one BF to another:
Click the bottom or side Output Terminal of a BF.
Drag to the top Input Terminal of the BF you want to connect. A colored arrow appears, connecting the two BFs.

Note: The arrows indicate the direction of the call flow.
