Creating a Campaign

Similarly to creating folders, you can create a campaign in one of two ways, based on whether your have campaigns already assigned to a folder, or not.

When you don't have any campaigns associated with a folder, a link appears in the right panel that you can click to create a new campaign.

When you already have campaigns in your folder, you can create a new campaign by selecting the folder on the tree view panel, and then clicking the Create Campaign button.


Important

If you create a new campaign under All campaigns (i.e., you have selected All campaigns in the tree view panel prior to clicking Create campaign), the campaign will be assigned to the Default folder.



Whether you create a campaign in a brand new folder by clicking Create campaign in the right panel, or use the Create campaign button, the Campaigns page changes to allow you to set up your new campaign.

Choose one of the following for more about setting up your new campaign:

General to set up the general characteristics of your campaign.

Voice to set up a voice campaign.

SMS to set up an SMS campaign.

Email to set up an email campaign.

Options to force a campaign creator to enter certain fields.

Integration to define web services for a campaign.

Administration to set up viewing and editing rights to your campaign.
