Editing an Existing Campaign

If you want to edit any aspect of an existing dynamic notification campaign, simply click on the button Edit located to the right of the campaign name that you wish to make changes to.

Once Edit has been clicked, making changes follows the same format as creating a campaign.

Note: If you edit a campaign, the campaign will not retroactively execute changes to defined media for contacts which are already Active (in progress) or have already been Completed, regardless of if the contact was a success or a permanent failure. For example, if your campaign did not have email media defined, but several new contacts were added and all already existing contacts were at least Active (in progress), and then you edit the campaign to include email media, the contacts that were already in progress will not deliver the email notification even if an email address was entered for those contacts.

Remember to click SAVE to save any changes made to your campaign.
