Campaign Contacts

Dynamic notification ("dynotes") campaigns offer a great deal of outreach power.  Whether you're using them for reminders, promotions, sales follow-ups or something else entirely, the possibilities of dynotes are myriad. To successfully run campaigns, you need to manage one or more contacts lists. At the campaign level, this could mean:

  • Creating multiple lists within a given campaign.

  • Possible uncertainty over which list to use if there are too many.

  • A tendency to create a new campaign with a fresh list.

The articles under this subsection explain how to best manage contact lists.

To access a campaign's contacts list

  1. Access the Dynamic Notification tool as explained in Dynamic Notification.

  2. Click Manage Campaigns. Find your campaign in the list that appears, and then click the Edit button.

  3. The Edit page for your chosen campaign appears. Click Contacts.

  4. The Contacts page appears with a list of contacts for the campaigns. In this page, you can Search forFilterExport, Import, Add, or Archive contacts.
