Agent Profile Pictures

From the Admin Portal, you can upload a profile picture to an Agent's account. Uploading a picture makes the Agent-Agent and Agent-Customer interaction more personal. The uploaded profile picture will appear in the following locations: Agent's My Profile page in the Admin Portal, Agent's Profile on the Agent Configuration page in the Admin Portal, and the CCA Customer Chat window during Agent-Customer chat.
