Removing a Profile Picture from your Account

To remove a profile picture from your account:

  1. Navigate to the My Profile page in the Admin Portal.



  2. Click on the Identification tab.



  3. Move your mouse over the profile picture and click Clear.



  4. The confirmation dialog Delete appears. Click OK.



  5. The profile picture is removed from the Agent’s account.
