Canvas
The Canvas is your workspace. This is the area where most work is done in creating the voice response application and where the final IVR design is displayed. You can drag-and-drop Business Functions (BFs) onto the canvas, move BFs around inside the canvas to create a design that meets your IVR requirements, and delete BFs that do not belong in your design. You can also connect one BF to another to show how one BF interacts with another. Finally, you can add more pages to make your design easier to follow.
FMI: For more information on:
• Business functions, see Business Functions
• Working with multiple pages in your design, see Pages.
