Export Phonebook

To Export or create a backup of all of your current phonebook contacts:

1.Click Export. This will export all existing contacts in the phonebook.

    

2. You will be prompted to open or save a phonebook.csv file. CSV files can be opened by most spreadsheet programs and some contact managers. Select if you want to open or save the file.

   

Once this has been done you can edit the phonebook to add or remove entries before importing the contacts back into the phonebook.

3. If you wish to only export certain contacts, apply a filter by typing your search query into the Find Entry field and click Find. Once that has been done, click Export and only the contacts matching that search will be exported.
