Delete an Entry

Delete an Entry

To remove individual contacts from the Phonebook:

  1. Click in the checkboxes located to the left of the Ext. column to select individual contacts you would like to delete. Once you have selected all contacts you wish to delete click on the Delete button located at the top of the page.


     
  2. A Delete confirmation box appears. Click OK to confirm the entry deletion.

     
  3. Once you click OK, you will then see the Deleting Phonebook prompt. This screen will disappear once the contacts are deleted and you will see the full list of Phonebook contacts again.

         


To remove a whole page of contacts at the same time:

  1. Click in the checkbox located in the column header bar. This will select all contacts on the page you are currently looking at. Click on the Delete button located at the top of the page.


      2. Follow the same steps as deleting individual contacts to complete the deletion of these contacts. Repeat as desired to delete more pages of contacts.
