Exporting a List of Contacts

You can export the list of contacts for review or other purpose. The list is exported to a .csv file that you open in any spreadsheet application, such as Microsoft Excel.

To export the list of contacts:

  1. Click Export. A file called Customer.csv is downloaded to your Downloads folder.
Note: Some browsers display the downloaded file at the bottom of the browser, where you can click the file and access it directly, as shown in the image below.

  2. Once downloaded, you can open the file in any spreadsheet application, such as Excel, and manipulate it as you normally would.

If you do not want to export the entire list of contacts, you can filter the contacts you want to export, and export the smaller list. For example, the image below shows the Customer.csv file after filtering for customers with the first name Jack.

For more information on how to filter the list of contacts, see https://mycontactcenter.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DDS/pages/1077379156 .
