Accessing the Customer Info Tool
To access the Customer Info tool:
Sign in to the Client Administrator Portal.
From the Navigation pane on the left, click Tools, then Customer Info.
Note: For faster access, you can add the Customer Info tile to your Favorites in the https://mycontactcenter.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TK/pages/7962696 .The Customer Info tool opens in a separate browser tab.
