Searching for Contacts

To search for contacts in the Customer Info tool, use the filters provided at the top of the page.

You can search by First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email, or Postal Code.

The example below shows how to search for customers with the first name Jack. There are two customers that fit the filter.

To use a filter to search for a customer:

1. Enter the search criteria in the filter you need. For example, to search for customers with the first name Jack, enter Jack in the First Name filter, and then click Apply Filters.

2. The list is filtered so only the two customers that fit the criteria appear.
