Importing a List of Contacts

If you have a list of contacts that you want to import, follow the steps below.

The list of contacts needs to be saved to a .csv file prior to being imported into the Customer Info tool.

To import a list of contacts:

  1. Create a .csv file that has the headings spelled exactly as the example below shows.
    Note: You can download the sample file included at the end of this article and replace the customer list with your own.



  2. Click Import.



  3. In the Import Customers dialog box that appears, click Choose File.



  4. In the File Manager’s Open dialog box that appears, select the file you want to import, and then click Open.



  5. The file name appears in the Import Customers dialog box. Click OK to import.



  6. The new contacts are added to the end of the list of customers.



You can download the sample file below and replace the customer list with your own.
