Suggested Hours Per Queue Setup
To use the Queue Hours, set the General Hours Opening and Closing Time to 00:00 and 00:00, and then define the Opening and Closing Time for the Queues Hours on the Queues > Manage Hours page.
To use the General Hours, set the Queues Hours to 00:00 and 00:00 on the Queues > Manage Hours page, and define the Opening and Closing Time for the General Hours.
Note: Always click Update in the upper right corner to save your changes.
