Listen to Bulletins

To listen to an existing bulletin:

  1. From the Client Admin Portal, navigate to Configuration > Bulletins.
  2. Click Edit Audio, located to the right of the Bulletin you wish to edit.
  3. The Prompts File page opens. If not already selected, from the IVR drop down menu, select Bulletins to create a new bulletin.



  4. From the Language drop down menu, select the language in which you wish the bulletin to be recorded. Your language options are EnglishFrench, and Spanish.



  5. Click Listen, located to the right of the bulletin you wish to listen to.



  6. The Open Media window opens.



  7. Select Open with to immediately open the audio file in the media player of your choice and click OK. Alternatively, click Save File to save the file to your hard drive before opening it and click OK. Then locate the saved file and double click on it to open it in your default media player.
  8. The audio file begins to play in your media player.
