Activating Bulletins from the Queues Page

Bulletins at the queue level can also be activated from the Admin Portal Queues page, by performing the following actions:

  1. Navigate to the Queues page: Configure > General > Queues.  


  1. Locate the inbound voice queue you wish to activate the bulletin for and click on Options to the right of the queue.



  2. From the Active Bulletin drop down menu, select the appropriate bulletin from the list.

  3. Click Update, located in the top right corner, to save your changes.

Note: Bulletins that have been activated or deactivated for a queue from the Bulletins page will automatically be updated on the Queues page.
