Delete a Specific Rule

Delete a Specific Rule

To delete a specific Rules-Based Routing rule:

  1. Click Delete, located to the right of the rule you wish to delete.



2. The Delete Rules-Based Routing dialog box opens asking you to confirm the deletion of the specified rule (e.g. "Remove Rules-Based Routing record 905-271?"). Click Yes. The rule is deleted and disappears from the records list.
