Edit Rules-Based Routing Rules

To edit the Rules-Based Routing rules:

  1. Click Edit, located to the right of the rule you wish to edit.



2. The Edit Rules-Based Routing Record dialog box opens.


3. Edit one or more of the fields. Click OK. Any changes made to the rule are saved.
