Clearing Existing Settings

Clearing Existing Settings

You can clear the existing Agent routing settings and batch-delete all existing entries from the Preferred Agent Routing list.

To delete the existing settings

  1. Click the Clear button. The Clear Preferred Agent Routing Entries message box appears with a warning to make a backup of your existing configuration.

     

  2. Click OK to proceed, or Cancel if you need to make a backup prior to clearing the existing entries.
