Flagging Reasons Per Queue View

Flagging Reasons Per Queue View

To view flagging reasons per queue, select Per Queue, located at the top of the page.

When Per Queue is selected, users can add/remove flagging reasons to/from various queues:

  1. From the Queue drop down menu, select a Queue.


     
  2. The Flagging Reasons for the selected queue are displayed at the bottom of the page.


     
  3. Click Update to save your changes.
