Add an ICR Page

Your ICR can consist of a single page or multiple pages. You can add pages as required, and delete pages that are no longer required. All ICR's must have a Landing Page. The Landing Page is the Home Page of your ICR; this is the page that is displayed first when the ICR is first presented to the customer. Typically, the first page is used as the Landing Page. You can select a second page (or any page other than the first) as the landing page, however, if originally you selected the first page as the Landing Page, this page will be deselected upon saving your changes and the new page will become the Landing Page. A page can be defined as a new window in your ICR. If you click a button to move to the second page of your ICR, the second page replaces the first page in the ICR window.

To add a page to your ICR:

  1. Click Add.

  2. A [New Page] is added to the ICR.

  3. In the Name field, highlight the current text and type the name for your page.

  4. Check the Is Landing Page checkbox, if you wish the current page to be the ICR’s Landing Page.

  5. Click Update to save the changes made to your ICR.

  6. The Page Name appears in the Page List column.

  7. Now you are ready to add some Controls to your ICR.
