ICR Diagram Tab

The tab Diagram is where you add content and controls to your ICR. This tab is divided into two sections: the left side lists all the pages that make up your ICR, while the right side of the page lists all the control types used within your ICR. If you have just started working on a new IVR, no pages are displayed on the page, and a message reading, "There are no pages found," appears in the color red, on the left side of the page.


Some of the controls that the account administrator can add are external links. On the ICR that the end-user will see, these external links will always appear at the bottom of the page, independently of where in the Diagram tab the account administrator has added the external links. For example, the image on the left shows the Diagram tab with three Messages and two External Link types of controls. The Messages will appear as speech bubbles in the ICR, while the External Links will appear as links at the bottom of the ICR, as shown on the image on the right.
