Deleting Skillsets

- lauren_ellicott (Unlicensed)
- Jela Banovic (Deactivated)
- Former user (Deleted)
Use the Delete button to remove a skillset from the list of skillsets. A skillset can only be deleted when it is not assigned to any teams on the Agents page. To delete a skillset:
- Highlight the skillset you wish to remove.
- Click Delete.
- A Confirmation window opens. Click OK to confirm the delete.
- If the skillset is successfully removed, the entry is removed from the list of skillsets.
