Previewing ICR Messages

Previewing ICR Messages

Messages can be added to one or more ICR pages. To view messages, the ICR page containing the message must be open in the ICR window. If a page includes multiple messages, messages can be displayed instantly, and all at once, once a page is open, or they can be presented to the customer one at a time with a short delay between each message is displayed. Messages are displayed as pictured below.
