Deleting Caller IDs

You cannot delete custom caller IDs. Only system administrators have the required permissions to delete custom caller IDs.

To delete a Caller ID:

  1. On the Additional Caller IDs page, click Delete for the caller ID you no longer want the teams to have access to in the CCA.

  2. In the Confirm dialog box that appears, click OK to remove the caller ID. Click Cancel otherwise.

  3. The caller ID no longer appears in the Additional Caller IDs page or in the list of caller ID numbers in the CCA.
