Flag to a Supervisor (Optional)

Flag to a Supervisor (Optional)

If the flagging feature is enabled, you can alert your supervisor of the call or event that you've just handled by placing a checkmark in the box labeled Flag to a Supervisor and select the reason for flagging from the drop down menu on the right. Caller and disposition information, along with any other notes, will be emailed directly to your assigned supervisor.

Note: If a field is mandatory, you must select an option for that field or you will not be able to close the Classification window. If classifying is mandatory for each call, you will not be able to change your status back to available until call classification is complete.
