FTP - General Settings

To configure your FTP Export settings:

  1. Navigate to the Integration menu on the left side menu pane and click FTP Export. The screen opens to the General tab.




  2.  Select the Export data every day after checkbox and enter the time you want the data exported.
    You can only choose times between midnight (00:00) and 07:55 am. This is to prevent disruptions during the operations of the current day.
  3. The data that is exported will be the call recordings and any additional call detail records that you selected as wanting to be exported under the Data Export Options tab.
  4. Click Update when done.
