Evaluations
The Evaluations tab displays all evaluations that have been done, whether they are completed or in progress.
The Evaluations page contains the following elements. Click the links where available for more details.
a. Search box: Type the name of the Agent whose evaluation you want to find.
b. Create external evaluation: Click to create a new external evaluation.
c. Filters: Use to narrow down the evaluations that appear on the Evaluations page.
d. Columns: Display information pertaining to an Agent's evaluation.
e. Summary evaluation box: Summarizes the details of a selected evaluation.
f. Rows per page: Click the arrow to open a menu and select the number of rows you want displayed on the Evaluations page.
