Evaluations Tab Filters

Evaluations Tab Filters

Use the filters at the top of the Evaluation page to narrow down the list of evaluations that appear on the page.

  • Date: Filter by the date the evaluation was first created.

     

  • Type: Filter by the type of source on which the evaluation is based.

     

  • Sentiment: Filter by the sentiment analysis score.

     

  • Templates: Filter by the type of template used to create the evaluation. If too many templates exist, you can search for the type of template you need.

     

  • Status: Filter by the evaluation status.

     

  • Collaboration: Filter by the type of collaboration that exists between the evaluator and the Agent being evaluated.

     

  • Acknowledgement: Filter by the type of response from the Agent with respect to the their evaluation.
