Collaboration and Acknowledgement

A collaboration is a process that involves the active participation of an evaluator and the Agent being evaluated. Through this process, all participants can communicate via comments left on any or all the questions in the evaluation. Moreover, after the evaluation is complete, the Agent being evaluated can acknowledge the evaluation and either agree or disagree with the final results.

Here is how the process works.

  1. The Evaluator answers all the evaluation questions and begins the collaboration.

     

  2. The Agent being evaluated reviews the evaluation, leaves a comment, and if there is a recording, leaves an annotation on the recording, as necessary.

     

  3. The Evaluator goes through the Agent's comments, changes any answers if necessary, and completes the evaluation.
    If the Evaluator replies to the Agent in the comments section, the Agent can reply back and steps 1-3 repeat as often as necessary.

     

  4. The Agent sees the evaluation and acknowledges it.

     

     

Collaboration is not available with templates in the following statuses:

  • Ready for use (calibration)

  • In use (calibration)

In addition, such evaluations ARE NOT visible to Agents, and notifications about completed evaluations ARE NOT sent to the Agent.
Evaluation results ARE NOT taken into account in Historical Reports.
