My Responses
The My Responses tab displays a list of all shift trades that have been offered to you and that you have already responded to (see My Responses window below and refer to Table 7 for a detailed description of all tab columns).

Shift Date | Indicates the date of the offered shift. | |
Status | Indicates the status of the shift trade request (e.g. Confirmed). | |
Created By | Indicates the individual who created the shift (should a different Agent other than you for all trade requests). | |
Shift Offered | Indicates the shift the Agent wants to pass on to you. | |
Offered to | Indicates the person who is being offered the shift (this is your name). | |
Shift Wanted | Indicates the shift that the Agent requesting the shift trade wants. | |
Action |

Comments | Description of shifts (if provided). For example, comments regarding a shift, reason for a declined shift, etc. | |
Date Submitted | Indicates the date the shift was submitted. |
