Shift Trade
Shift Trading occurs between two Agents. For example, if John cannot work the Monday, 2:00 PM shift, but can work Jane’s Monday, 7:00 AM shift, then you can trade John’s shift with Jane’s as long as Jane is able to work the 2:00 PM shift. To trade shifts:
- Select two Agents from the schedule whose shifts you want to trade. To select the two shifts: Click on the first Agent’s shift, press Ctrl on your computer keyboard, and click on the second Agent’s shift. Both of the selected shifts will be marked with a black line along the left side of the shift.
2. Click Trade.
3. The schedule is updated to reflect the shift trade.
