Community Proposals
The Community Proposals tab displays shift trade requests created by an Agent to the entire team. When a shift trade is submitted to the community there is a better chance the shift trade will occur, because the trade is not limited to one person. Requested shift trades can be accepted or declined by clicking the appropriate button (see Community Proposal window below and refer to Table 6 for a detailed description of all tab columns).

Shift Date | Indicates the date of your shift. |
Created By | Indicates the individual who created the shift. |
Shift Offered | Indicates a shift that was offered to you by an Agent who either wants to trade shifts with you or replace shifts with you. |
Action | Indicates whether the shift trade has been approved, declined, or on hold. |
Comments | Description of shifts (if provided). For example, comments regarding a shift, reason for a declined shift, etc. |
Date Submitted | Indicates the date the shift was submitted |
