Filter Vacation

Filter Vacation

Use the Vacation Filter feature to narrow your search and find scheduled vacations quickly and easily. To filter vacation:


  1. Click Vacation Filter.


2. Click the Start date picker and select a Start Day for the vacation which you are looking for. Similarly click the End date picker and select an End Day for the vacation which you are looking for.


3. In the Agents & Teams tab, select the Agents and Team(s) for whose vacation you would like to search.


4. In the Skills tab, select the Skill(s) group for whose vacation you would like to search.


5. In the Event Status tab, select the vacation Event Status for which you would like to search.

Note: To search all Vacation for all Teams & Agents, Skills, and Event Status, click Select All in all three tabs. To deselect all Teams & Agents, Skills, and Event Status, click Clear All in all three tabs ().


6. Click Get Data.


7. Any vacations scheduled for the selected date(s), Agents & Teams, Skills, and Event Status will be displayed in the Vacation Manager
