Viewing History of Interactions

Using the Administrator portal, you can view the history of interactions of any customer in the contacts list. You can choose to view up to a month, three months, six months, or a year of previous interactions.

To view the history of interactions for a particular contact:

  1. In the Customer Info Tool, click the eye icon for the contact whose interaction history you want to view.



  2. In the Confirm dialog box that appears, click the top box to choose the time frame of previous interactions you want to view. You can select from one, three, six months or a year.



  3. Click OK after selecting the period you want.



  4. The interaction history appears at the end of the page.
